Karen farm is owned by Somphong and Wandee Saeyang of the Karen tribe. They utilize the natural fermentation method and have developed their own raised bed and low Temperature - low Humidity drying room to help increase the quality of the coffee. We were very fortunate to visit Somphong and Wandee in Thailand in 2023, and are thrilled to be able to bring their coffee to Canada.
