Medium Roast Profile

The Medium Roast Profile was created for medium roasted coffees, but what does this mean?.

Balance. The Medium Roast Profile has double the alkalinity of the Classic Light Roast to help these types of coffee find a better balance between acidity within the ph. Coffee is considered a weak acid, but still requires a healthy level of alkalinity to avoid astringent flavors and unwanted aftertastes.

Take your filter coffee to the next level. Coffee is 98% water so using high quality water makes a big difference in your cup. The Classic Profile works best for filter coffee made with automatic coffee makers such as the Ratio Six Coffee Maker, Breville The Grind Control™, Moccamaster Technivorm, Bonavita Coffee Brewer, as well as manual methods such as Hario V-60, Kalita Wave, and Clever Dripper.

Ingredients:

• Magnesium Sulfate
• Calcium Citrate
• Potassium Bicarbonate

Just add one stick to distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water (in the proper size: 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 2-liter), shake, and use to brew your favorite coffee. Your coffee has never tasted so good!
